The Admin Guide deals with that: You use Copy Storage Pools to back up
your Primary Storage Pools; your ADSM executable code is backed up in
opsys backups (separate from ADSM); your ADSM DB is backed up by its
own command; and you have dsmserv.dsk and device config files which
are to be preserved externally.
