If this is the case, why will the Agent backup a .NTF file if I specify in
in the command?  If I issue this command:

DSMNOTES INCR C:\NOTES\DATA\DOCLIB4.NTF

This is what is put into the log.dsm:

04/01/99 08:24:03 AM  ADSMConnect Agent for Lotus Notes - Version 2.1.9
(Built with Lotus Notes 4.5 API)
04/01/99 08:24:03 AM  dsmnotes incr start
04/01/99 08:24:04 AM  Database: C:\NOTES\DATA\DOCLIB4.NTF
04/01/99 08:24:04 AM  Documents backed up: 27, documents deleted: 0
04/01/99 08:24:04 AM  Total number of bytes sent: 351.6 KB
04/01/99 08:24:04 AM  ANS0900I dsmnotes completed

Is this backup any good?? If not shouldn't this backup fail??

Notes agent only backup the .NSF files, not the templates (.NTF ) files.

Hello... In 2.1.9 I don't have a problem excluding individual files, the
problem I am having is including all .ntf files...

Hy Rick,

i tried to EXCLUDE (!)  one   .NSF - File with NOTES-Agent 2.1.8A.

There was no way. I tried all ways. Incremental-Backup runs about all or
none of the Files in one Sub-Directory.

I gave up.
