Who else thinks that 'dsmc schedule' should politely detach itself from the
controlling terminal like any other good daemon? The 'lmcpd' daemon that is
used
for 3494 access does this; it is the proper way. Why should we have to protect
it with a nohup wrapper? And why does PTF6 suffer from this ttyout problem? I
think something got broken in the code between releases.
