Henk, did volume U00022 start as a scratch volume and when unitpool needed a
scratch volume it would have used this volume and the scratch volume becomes
a private volume belonging to the unitepool.
After reclamation and lapse of the reuse delay this same volume returns to
the scratch pool.
It doesn't belong to the unitepool forever as it can be used by another
primary,copy pool or database backup.
