Nathan and Nathan,

Actually, in FIXTEST 1.1.0.0A (as well as the new 1.1.0.0B)
we relaxed the requirements somewhat.
You no longer have to be logged in as the "Exchange Site
Services Account" in order to back up, but you do
have to be logged in as an account that has Read/Write
access to the local registry as well as have the following
privileges: SE_SECURITY_NAME, SE_BACKUP_NAME, SE_RESTORE_NAME.
And depending on how your Exchange Server security is set up,
you may have to be granted special permissions to have read
access to the Directory and Information Store databases.

As far as your other question...take a look at the list again,
I provided an answer a few hours ago.  If it doesn't
show up in the next few hours for you, let me know...
