Do you have the maxsize parameter set on the pool? Normally this parameter
is set to keep big things from diskpools. It assumes there is some
subsequent pool that will allow a file of this size.
q stg stgpoolname f=d and look for maxsize. It should be blank, usually,
for tape pools.
update stg stgpoolname maxsize=""
