If you care about inventory expiration, and you are running v3.1.2.1, then
you should upgrade to v3.1.2.13 or later.  There is a bug in inventory
expiration at v3.1.2.1, which is fixed in v3.1.2.13.  The bug causes not
all files to get expired that should get expired.
