Hi All,

I am running ADSM server v 3.1.2.15 & AIX 4.3 on a RS6000 S70

I am getting the 9999D errors on several backup processes, I just received
one this morning when I attempted to connect using the admin web client. I
am very new at this and believe me it is a struggle. Most of the messages
are in the following format:

03/08/1999 07:26:35 ANR9999D pkthread.c(621): Thread creation failed; rc=11.

03/08/1999 07:26:35 ANR9999D pkthread.c(622): Current thread count: 41.
03/08/1999 07:27:40 ANR9999D smhttp.c(537): Http session unable to create
thread.
