I have been able to trace it to being a setting in the ssi software.
It appears that when rc.acs_ssi kicks off ssi it uses a getbyaddr
command and pulls the ip address of the hostname and tells the acsls
server to contact it on that address. The problem is that the hostname
address is a private network that just the other 6 domains have access
to and I need to pass a different address of another nic card to the
ssi deamon so that the second address is passed to the acsls server
for communication. What I am trying to figure out is how to tell ssi
to use the second nic card address which the getbyaddr does not get
because the alias of that second address is different than the
hostname address. I called IBM and they said it is a system setting on
the UE10K and would not be able to help out.

If anyone would be able to help out I thank you in advance.
