Hi Sharon,

PCI is the standard bus on a Pentium based PC today and there are a number
of companys selling SCSI controllers that will drive your tape drive.

I'm using an Adaptec 3940 ultra wide and ADSM on a standard PC and it works
fine with ADSM.
