We had a similar problem in the testing of the Connect Agent but we were
able to trace the problem to a Compaq Drive Array. Are you using Compaq
Drive Arrays? If so let me know and I will look for the problem note.

        We use the ConnectAgent for Exchange to back up our Exchange 5.5
server,
        and on more than one occasion, this has resulted in a corrupted
Exchange
        database file. We've always been able to fix the damage with
Exchange's
        database repair tools, but this takes time.

        Is anyone else having problems with this ConnectAgent, and does
anyone
        know if there are any patches or updates for this. I haven't found
any
        on IBM's web site.
