ADSM OS/2 client performance with LANserver ACP(aka ACL) support can be very
poor as stated in the performance manual

Also it mention a fix for the following OS/2 client mempool allocation fix
(see APAR II0889) should significantly reduce time it takes to create the
file list for large file system restores

OS/2 client fix is in V2 PTF 1 (IP20500)

Check if this fix is applied.
