Hello Everyone,

This weekend ADSM server stopped due to the following errors when
trying to reclaim a tape volume:

01/23/1999 15:56:56 ANR9999D asrtrv.c(759): Segment not open for
retrieval.

01/23/1999 15:56:56 ANR9999D pkthread.c(2600): ADSM Exception
Information: Code = c0000005, Address = 1024d974Attempt to write data
at address 4

I found Dr. Watson had popped up on the NT box, clicked okay and
restarted the ADSM server process. It started to do the reclaim process
again and it looks like it's working for the time being. Does anyone know
what these errors mean? This isn't the first time I've seen the ADSM
server stop due to this error.
