In our troubleshooting of a Qualstart robot, we learned of some sequencing
issues with 3.1.2.0 of ADSM. When we upgraded to 3.1.2.1 these problems
disappeared. The issues we saw were similar to what your are describing so
perhaps an upgrade is in order.
Now, nothing is perfect, so there were "other" issues with this release.
Sigh...
