Or simply drop the migration thresholds on the the old pool to zero and let
'er rip.  The downside of this will be the way migration happens is to
choose the client whose data occupies the most space in the pool (in a tape
pool this data is most likely scattered over multiple volumes) and migrate
that data.  Then check to see if lowmig has been reached and repeat if not.
 Lots of tape mounts, potentially, but much less intervention on your part.
