I found the same with the installation of the NT-Scheduler Service
(3.1.0,6). If language environment is german you get the following
output for an dsmcutil install /node:xxx /:password:yyy command:

Unable to locate/open NLS  message repository.
Password Authentication failed.
Registry password wasnt updated.
Starting the service....
The service was succesfully started.

But nevertheless the scheduler works OK for scheduled operations.
Output in dsmsched.log is german. So ADSM is able to locate
dsmdeu.txt message file and the registry password is right.

The installation with english language produces no errors.

Hi,

I have two questions concerning the Win32 client scheduler (3.1.0.6):
I'm using NT 4.0, the server is AIX 3.1.2.1.

1. Where is the client scheduler installation entry in the program menu?
The scheduler can only be installed manually using the dsmcutil command.
This is not acceptable for most of our client users.

2. The client scheduler doesn't seem to work using the German version.
It seems that the password can not be approved with the server. Using
the US English version it works.
