Hi Jeff

what hardware are you using ?
how much memory do you have?
are the controllers at the correct firmware level for your tapedrive?
how large is your backup storage pool?
is it big enough to hold one day of incremental backup?

You may fix this problem when you analyse these questions

and you could have defective tapes or the library itself.

have you had the library replaced yet?
