I have been using the Server-to-Server feature to do this. It is otherwise
known as "virtual volumes". In essence, you define a device type of
"server" on your source ADSM Server and point it to a storage pool on the
target ADSM Server. Works great as long as there is enough network
bandwidth to support it. I have also tried to use it to backup storage
pools, but it swamps our wide area network.
