Complex ADSM SQL queries do require that the database have 4MB reducible space
to run.  This space is required for some temporary tables required while
performing complex operations.
APAR IX76147 was taken for the problem where ADSM does not indicate it requires
more space.  Level 3.1.2.0 and above contian the fix for this APAR, and
a message indicating insufficient database is issued instead of the no objects
found message.
