Ann,

You should set your reclamation threshold to 50% (or any value you want to
use) and leave it at that level all the time.
When reclamation talks place for a copypool the primary storage pool is used
to recreate the valid data on the volume being reclaimed.
Therefore a new offsite volume is created to be sent offsite the next time
vaulting takes place.
