Recovery Log Problem

Subject: Recovery Log Problem

I am running a v3 server on Windows NT. The Database Recovery Log filled
up because I was deleting some volumes and the ADSM Server service
stopped. Now I cannot start the service back up. I have formatted
another volume that I want to use to extend the Recovery Log with but I
cannot get the ADSM Server service to start. Any help would be
appreciated.
