This is a bug. APAR IC22802 is opened for this problem.

Please note that it is not restricted to removeable
filespaces only. I have recreated this with local and
network filespaces, too.

I made archives with ADSM client for Windows NT 4.0 (newest version
too). Archives of fixed drive C: are not visible in restore, however
archives of CDs and floppies are visible in restore (you can see the
volume label) but no files are displayed. Why are these volume labels in
"restore" (which is the counterpart of "backup" and not "archive")
visible?
