Hi all,

We just went through a Netware 4.10 -> 4.11 upgrade and hardware
switch. The restore went quite well except for a few mail directory
trustee rights. Out of 600+ directories, 14 were missing trustee
rights. I went through the trouble of reporting on the trustee rights
before the move, so I know they were there.

I haven't looked back at the history for all 14 directories, but the
ones I have done seem to be mail directories for renamed userids. The
id rename will reuse the same mail directory but change the trustee
info to the new id for that dir. This leads me to believe that ADSM
didn't update the directory trustee rights after the rename. My
theory is that when the directory was restored, the trustee rights
were ignored because the userid no longer existed.

Is this a known problem?

We use the version 3 client and server.
