Hello All,

        We are running ADSM version 3.1.1.5 using SSA on AIX server running
V 4.2.1 with a 3493 library.   We are having a problem whenever the ADSM
server software is brought down and restarted.  When ADSM tries to restart
it issues the following messgae for our storage volumes:

        ANR7806W   Unable to open file /bkv1/bkv1.4
        ANR1311E    Vary-on failed for disk volume /bkv1/bkv1.4 - unable to
access disk device

        When this happens we need to reboot the server in order to get ADSM
back up and running.  Has anyone seen this problem and/or has a solution?
