The only thing I can tell you is that the RC=32 means: The process cannot
access the file because it is being used by another process.
ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION
The line above the 12/07/1998 04:07:58 AltStreamSize(): CreateFile: Win32
RC=32 should mention which file that is.
