Regarding RAID we had to learn that out of five disks in
one night two of the disks had a failure - resulting in
an unplanned outage of the affected server (although it
was not an ADSM server).
If You want to go for RAID, then I would suggest to replace
each single disk with a single RAID array - but not a couple
of disks with one RAID array.
