Hi Etienne,
  Thanks for help, finally I have solved the problem which was
causing because of libobk.a. I had to download fixtest "aixorc"
from web site & install it.
  I am able to do backup, query & delete the backup jobs but I
have yet do restore!!, Any special care or suggestions.
