No, 1500 is the backup port.  If you wish to use the admin
port it is 1580.  If you wish to use the Shared Memory
port it is 1510.  Be careful that you can actually see the
IP address from outside your firewall.  If you are doing any
IP masquerading or Poxy'ing, then you will have to redirect
the IP address at the firewall.
