Renan,

we use single drive reclamation on a Windows NT Server with ADSM Version 3
and a 3570 Drive. We use a 4 GB Disk for the "reclaimpool" which is made of
the devclass "file". I tightly followed the instructions given in the Admin
manual(s) and hat no problems with that. We tried to find an recmlation
threshold on our tapes so that the data to be reclaimed fits into the 4 GB
disk. So reclamation is done in one step for a tape.

Has anyone tried using a single drive reclamation? I appreciate any info

can share. My ADSM server is running on OS/390 V1R3 and I'm on version 3
release 1 level 2.
