Hello,

We have the same problem: lot for directories and filenames with french
"international" characters like =E9=E8=E0=E7.
Our NT clients are on level 3.1.03 and can't migrate to level 05 for the
same reason: lot of ANS1304W - ANS1228E messages.
Note: NT and ADSM are installed in english (AMENG for ADSM).
