IC21764L : this is the 3.1.0.5L fixtest.
In our case, it didn't solve the problem (national characters)

The README.1ST files says:
Version 3 Release 1 Level 0.5 Final Edition     PTF IP21371 (Intel)
but all the files have a date of 08/24/1998 or older. Even at the
FTP site index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v3r1/win32/intel the
files are dated 08121998.
Where can I get the client level you mentioned?
