That looks suspiciously like the ability to access arbitrary files on
the server.  That sounds ... err .. dangerous.

On the manual front, there was a  link on the manuals page of the ADSM web 
site...

that says

  You can download a complete set of manuals for the following ADSM
  products. The server sets contain server, Messages, and DRM
  Stand-alone Disk Image Dump manuals in HTML format. The clients set
  contains client manuals common to all servers in HTML format.


You can put that up as a local web server, NT share or just install
the entire manual on each user's workstation.
