MVS, HP and DRM

Hello,
I have a very unique question. I'm currently looking at Disaster
Recovery. ADSM is running on an MVS system. I'm hoping is to use a HP unix
machine as a stand by disaster recovery ADSM server. Is this at all possible?
If it is how can this be done? If not, what prevents it and is their any way
around this problem? I believe some of the problems include MVS reads and
writes data differently than HP, the directory structures are different, the
internal tape labels, etc. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
