I am at 3.1.2.0 and don't get this message.  Review the smp install job  and
be sure the server is using the correct ANRMENU file.  If you do ISPF browse
on the ANRMENU file being used by the server it  should have an eyecatcher
in the first line of
'Tue Aug 25 15:50:57 1998'.
