I may have mentioned this: was there a file system on the logical
partiton? If so, ADSM may still be seeing the file system and
refusing to use the raw space.
The activity log may contain an error message about this.
Is the logical space > 2GB? And can ADSM cope with a >2GB volume on
AIX? (It could not on Solaris 2.5.1... can on 2.6. )
