First, you need the correct TSA: Novell provided this support with TSA410.NLM,
version 4.14.   This implicitly means that this is not available on NetWare
3.x.  Second, if you have DOMAIN ALL-LOCAL coded, the server specific
information will be processed before the server volumes.  If you are explicitly
naming volumes in the DOMAIN statement, you can add SERVERSPECIFICINFO, or
simply issue the command DSMC INCR SERVERSPECIFICINFO.
