Create a scheduled service using c:\win32app\ibm\adsm\baclient\dsmcutil 
(win32app may be program files).

To see the complete syntax for the command:

dsmcutil help

But in general, to create a service:

dsmcutil install /name:"ADSM Scheduler Service" /node:nodename 
/password:password

Then go into Control Panel/Services and start the service.

Then this is the job the responds to scheduled commands and since it is a 
service, it won't be destroyed if a user logs in or out.
