After installation of ADSM v3.1 client & v3.1.0.5 patches to a Netware
Server v4.11

ADSM Client connects to server for the first time ok.
But when starting the first incremental the following error message is seen

ANS1872E: Unable to connect to Netware target service 'servername'
Make sure the TSA NLM is loaded on the specified machine

Points:
1. TSANDS.NLM v4.14 is installed and loaded as per PTF IP21370 readme files
2. The dsm.opt file contains the 'NWPWFILE YES' clause
3. A netware userid and password was never asked for and no '.pwd' was
created!?

Any ideas?
