As a default, dsmcutil.exe is located at your client's local drive and
\win32app\ibm\adsm\baclient. You need to use this utility to uninstall the
Scheduler service. If you uninstall the ADSM client, the utility is gone.

I uninstalled the scheduler services and I couldn't find any files named
dsmcutil*.* on the hard drive. I looked on the ADSM server also to see
where these files were and I couldn't find any there either. Oh well back
to solving mysteries without any clues.
