Does anyone know if it is possible to rename an OS/2 client, then have that
renamed node used by an NT box? How about exporting the data for an OS/2
node then importing the data to an NT node?

We are consolidating a number of OS/2 and NT nodes to fewer/larger NT
nodes. Most of the existing nodes have the v2.1 client and the new ones
will have the v3 clients.
