I asked essentially the same question earlier.  Unfortunately, the messages are 
in my other email.

I've been told you can either use the 14 slots inside, or the two on top, but 
not both.  So, using the robot config stuff, select 14 and 0, not 14 and two 
which would seem logical!  Then on the checkout, you need to use the bulk=yes 
option.
