Hi friends,

Today the server starts the SPACE RECLAMATION (msg: ANR1040I)
when the cartridge (3490) reach 40% of utilization.

The carts average utilization is more or less 50/60%,
keeping 40 carts in use by ADSMServ.

How to increase this number to 60% of utilization?
With this change, I'll get 15 scratchs carts.
