Exchange stores all mailboxes in one file (information store) ... therefore
you can't restore individual mailboxes.  However, i read that Exchange
server 5.5 now has an option to save deleted mail on the server for a
specified amount of time until the administrator clears reserve.  This
might cut down on restores (that is, if you're just wanting to retrieve
some deleted messages, not a deleted mailbox).
