Theoretically, no ... but we recently restored data backed up from an OS/2
(HPFS) server to a Windows NT server (NTFS) and to our surprise, it worked
... the restored data was readable on the NT server.

Test it on one folder, see if it works.

Short answer: No. Because the file systems differ, you will not be able
to do this.
