The lslpp suggestion works fine for the Motif check but, does not
show anything for the IPFX
entry. I also tried searching through all of the installed software
product list manually for all aspects of the expanded
name, to no avail. In addition to those searches, I searched other AIX 4.2
RS/6000 machines at our site and had the
same rotten luck. Is this part of the BOS?

lslpp -l |grep -i ipfx, this command will list all installed licensed
program products that have ipfx (upper or lower case) in them.
