Hi,
a trick to enlarge the column width is to specify a column heading
for
a specific column. The output gets the width of this heading if it
is
longer than the default length of the column. Try the following
select
statements to see the difference:
1.) select contact from nodes
2.) select contact "123456789012345678901234567890" from
nodes
You can specify a heading for each column. If you select more than
one
column, then you have to specify the corresponding heading for a
column before the comma.

It seems as if the default column width for SELECT output is 18
columns. Has anyone found a way to change this by column name?
