I know ADSM has an HSM cleint for AIX, does it also have one for NT? Or is
one comming at all soon?

We are looking to integrate some form of tape management solution with our
DB*Archiver product, on a dedicated machine that we will provide as our
enterprise archive solution for relational databases.

We have one solution, which provides a virtual disks on the server,
presenting an exported mount point or share for clients systems. This is
then backed up by a tape robotics controller. The only problem is that we
need to run it on SUN machines. We need a beefy SUN box to run this one, and
that doesn't allow us enough profit on the hardware components. An NT
solution will allow us to reduce the hardware component costs significantly.
An ADSM solution would be great, because we can remote manage it via the web
interfaces, and its very robust. We could install it almost in a "fire and
forget" mode.

Anyone got any suggestions?
