Do a 'SHOW LIBRARY' to see what ADSM thinks of the current state of
the library and its drives. Check the physical state of the drives
by visual inspection, operating system query commands, and whatever
facilities the 3575 supports. Look into when the drives were last
successfully used and see what has changed since then.
