One command that will get you similar information is
'query content', which has an argument "copied" to indicate if
the file has a copy in a copy pool.

For example, issuing the command 'q con MBCO01 copied=no' will
give you a list of any files on the volume MBCO01 that do *not*
exist in a copy storage pool.

Another command that can help give you the warm fuzzies is
'query occupancy' which breaks down the amount of storage a node
uses in different storage pools. Assuming all of your primary
pools are backed up to copy storage pools, the sum of the space
occupied in the primary pools should be equal to the sum of the
space occupied in the copy pools.

Neither of these will allow you to pick a specific file and find
out whether it has a copy in a copy pool (unless you know the
volume in the primary storage pool which holds the original
backup/archive file), but I think they might give you something
close to what you would like.
