Brian,  I'm also interested in across-lan tuning information.  Where did
you
find the doc in IBM Link?  In my case, we added backbone 100MBit EtherNet
LAN
to backup WinNT Servers.  An initial test with one client and the server
did
2GB/hr using MagStar 3575-L12.
